Extranet

Our extranet gives you 24-hour, ‘real-time’ instant access to our systems, which supports our transparent approach to partnerships. You will have the ability to instruct online, track case progress and produce bespoke reports wherever and whenever you wish. This means you’re able to stay in control of all your cases and the information you’ll have is accurate and up to date.

Incasso Connect has an interface which is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.  You are able to review current case details, refer new cases and exchange instructions.  The entire process from pre-legal collections activity through the issuing of proceedings and Enforcement of Judgment orders can be monitored through this interactive facility.  As well as 10 new prebuilt reports there is also a report building tool allowing you to customise your own MI through this easy to use functionality. This ensures that you are always provided with an up-to-theminute, real-time view without having to make a single phone call.

The recently updated system is windows based, highly secure, and although very user friendly full training can be provided.

Reporting

We have a dedicated Report Analyst, who will tailor reports to suit your requirements. We use the Liberate Debt Collection software, written and developed by Linetime.

The software is SQL based and Met Frame compatible, giving us the freedom to run the software from anywhere in the country if so desired.

We would propose to work closely with you to design the reporting formats to suit your requirements. Reports will be provided at intervals determined by you.
