E-Value Report

Working in partnership with Local Authorities in England and Wales for many years, Incasso understand the obstacles you must overcome in order to achieve your performance targets.

The Incasso e-value report is an added value product designed specifically to assist Authorities in achieving their ‘Best Value Plan’ targets.

Assessing the profile of debtors for the most appropriate Enforcement action can be a drain on resources, although it is an essential part of the process if you are to attain the maximum recoveries possible from your portfolio of debt.

Incasso have developed this report to quickly and efficiently identify your debtors profile, ensuring debts are channelled towards the most effective enforcement strategy.

Referral

Cases can be referred to us by various means, should your preferred method be email, fax, telephone, or via our secure online Extranet system.  Each case will be skilfully managed by our experienced trace and investigation staff and a confidential report provided to you.

The recommended course of action will be promptly implemented by our dedicated Local Authority resource.

Comprehensive assessment

The e-value report will focus on the following indicative data:

  • Homeownership status – batches of debtor names and confirmed addresses can be referred for verification in bulk or by individual case.
  • Date of property purchase.
  • Purchase price (if within the last 10 yrs).
  • Property valuation.
  • Subjects indebtedness.
  • Additional charges on the title register and balances if available.
  • CCJ’s registered.
  • Bankruptcy details (incl. IVA).
  • Previous address.
  • Directorship status.

Where confirmed addresses are unavailable, debtors are first traced to their current address by our trace team.

Recommendation

We will provide a conclusive report recommending your best course of action to recover on a case-by-case basis.

  • Insolvency – Our data indicates that 75% of selected cases are recovered in full, including costs, either before or just after a bankruptcy or winding up order is obtained.
  • Charging Orders and Orders for Sale – This initiative is providing recovery rates as high as 90% on selected batches with less than 1% of cases progressing to possession and sale.
