A leading name in the construction and hire sector recently instructed Incasso to assist with their collections and legal recoveries, along with offering advice on best practice methods for credit control functions, following their concerns with their rising sales ledger.  The ledger on commencement of work stood at a total of £2.5 million, with invoices overdue by 91 days or more standing at £1.5 million.

Utilising our collections and legal recoveries processes, the total balance after just 8 months was £1.1 million with the high risk debts i.e. invoices overdue by 91 days or more, standing at just £224k.

In addition, a full review of internal procedures was performed in which a formal plan of action was presented to senior management with relevant timescales to implement change management.
