Richard has over 18 years experience in advising clearing banks, building societies and invoice discounters on all contentious matters relating to secured and unsecured recoveries; Enforcement of guarantees; fraud; professional negligence; bankruptcy and referrals to the Financial Services Ombudsman. Richard is also the Partner responsible for Incasso.
