Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and an Associate member of staff.  He has been employed by Cobbetts LLP for 20 years and has held a managerial position since 2002.  His responsibilities include managing the operations process, planning and performance improvement and operations strategy.  His indirect responsibilities include interacting with those Managers and other functional areas within Incasso LLP whose roles have impact on Operations.

In managing the team, he provides leadership and support to members, ensuring resource is matched to requirements and deadlines are met.  In addition, he deals with  the administration of significant client relationships and is a senior point of contact for the client.
