Mark has over 21 years of experience specialising in both consumer and commercial Debt Recovery and credit management for both public and private sector organisations. Mark has previously worked at two other law firms in a managerial capacity within their debt recovery departments. 

He has worked closely with a number of Local Government bodies, in particular local authorities to develop their recovery methods for council tax and business rates and sundry debt. Mark has conducted numerous presentations to Local Authorities, either directly or on a group basis on behalf of the Institute of Ratings and Valuation (IRRV) and is the liaison for fee queries, service issues and further service requirements.

Mark regularly conducts training sessions to credit departments on all aspects of legal recovery procedures, including both corporate and personal insolvency.
