Lindsay has over 19 years experience in the industry, beginning her career in the credit control department at a mail order company. Since then she has worked within the Debt Recovery department at a large firm of solicitors where she worked closely with clients ranging from high street banks to other blue chip companies. Lindsay regularly conducts training sessions to the collections team and is constantly looking at ways to improve the computerised system and the manual processes within the team.
