Iola has a wealth of experience in a broad range of sectors and has worked in the collections industry for over 13 years.  Prior to joining Incasso she was responsible for the collections operation at Hitachi Capital. 

In her capacity as Collections Manager, Iola is be responsible for motivating and managing staff performance and is also involved in the collections strategy and systems development.
