David’s focus is working closely with Clients to gain an understanding of their business and Debt Recovery issues. He has over 20 year’s management experience which includes developing relationships with a variety of sectors including Banks, Building Societies, Local Authorities, and Insurance Companies. David has also held a number of operational roles within the Financial Services and Debt Recovery sector. David’s position as Client Services Manager includes driving forward the Client Care programme, ensuring that all clients' requirements are fully met, and embedding a “partnership” approach between Incasso and its clients.
