Incasso LLP, a leading Debt Recovery provider in the UK, today announced that it has appointed Richard Powell as Operations Manager in its Leeds office.

Powell, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and an Associate member of staff, has joined Incasso LLP from Cobbetts LLP, where he worked for 20 years.

"We are delighted that Richard has joined us from the mainstream business of Cobbetts. Richard will provide leadership and support to team members, ensuring resource is matched to requirements and he will implement strategic development within the business," said Mark Taylor, Head of Department and Business Development.

"He is a valuable addition to our management team and will form a significant role in developing client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for our clients".

Powell will oversee the operations process, including planning, performance improvement and implementing the operations strategy.
