Incasso, one of the UK's leading credit management providers, have expanded their trace service line, to incorporate Process Serving on a worldwide basis for clients.
Debt Assessment and Pre-Sue reports are already available via their trace unit. By adding Process Serving, Incasso will now be able to attend the address of a subject and personally serving legal papers and Court documents, such as a Statutory Demand, Bankruptcy or Winding-Up Petitions.
A report can subsequently be provided to the client including details of the visit and assessment of the debtor's financial circumstances to enable appropriate Enforcement action.
Trace Co-ordinator Liam O'Shea said:
"As the Incasso Trace department has developed over the last year we are keen to offer our clients as many services as possible, which is why we decided to introduce Process Serving. Being the credit management division of Cobbett's Solicitors we understand what a vital part Process Serving can play in the recovery of debts. We can now instruct a Process Server's to not only serve documentation on individuals, but to also provide financial assessments face to face with debtors in a quick, professional and effective manner."
