Following the Insolvency Proceedings Fees Amendment Order in April, please note that the following fees are now in force:

• Increased deposit to the Official Receiver on applications to wind-up a company - now £715.00.

• Bankruptcy proceedings - deposit on debtor's petition - now £360.00.

• Bankruptcy proceedings - deposit on creditor's petition - now £430.00.
   

• Court fee unchanged - total payable to Court is £905.00 for a Winding-up Petition, £620.00 for a creditor's petition, £510.00 for a debtor's petition and £620.00 for a bankruptcy petition.

• Fee of £90.00 for applications for Debt Relief Orders.
