A group of Incasso and Cobbetts staff recently completed a 14 mile sponsored hike in aid of The British Heart Foundation and have managed to raise a staggering £4,000!
The walk took in the 7 lakeland summits of Helm Crag, Gibson Knott, High Raise, Sergeant Man, Harrison Stickle, Pike of Stickle and Pavey Ark and took the team a stamina sapping 10 hours to complete the challenge!
The British Heart Foundation is the nation's heart charity. Every day they save lives, through pioneering research, providing vital information to help people reduce their own heart health risks, campaigning for change and supporting and caring for heart patients.
Mark Taylor, Head of Department, commented:
"I am delighted to confirm, thanks to valuable contributions from our clients, we have managed to achieve our target sponsorship. I am grateful for the generous donations from our clients, and the good luck messages we received prior to the event. I am also grateful to the members of staff who participated in the event and gave up their own time to commit to such a challenge. Their support and company during the walk was invaluable."
