    If you have received a letter from us for somebody who doesn't reside at your address, please contact us so that we can update our details. If you know the person that the letter is addressed to and have a forwarding address or contact number, then please pass this information onto us. Alternatively, if you do not know the person that the letter is addressed to, please return the letter to us.

  7. What are the consequences of non-payment?

    If you do not pay, we will continue with our efforts to collect your debt. Failure to repay your debt may result in Enforcement or legal action where you may be liable for further costs in addition to the amount you owe. It is important that you contact us immediately on 0845 404 1999 if you dispute that the money is owed, rather than simply ignoring our correspondence.

  8. What if I cannot afford to pay?

    We may consider payments by instalments. Please call us on 0845 404 1999 to speak to one of our Recoveries Executives and we will review your circumstances and work with you to develop an appropriate solution.

  9. Do I pay the cost of recovery?

    Depending on a number of factors including the type of debt you owe and the course of action taken, there may be costs that you are liable to pay including legal charges should legal action be necessary.
