It has been announced that changes to Civil Court Fees will come into effect from Monday 13th July 2009.  Please note that the following increases will come into effect from this date.

• Warrant of Execution at the CCBC will increase from £45.00 to £70.00.
   
• Warrant of Execution at all other Courts will increase from £50.00 to £100.00.
   
• Charging Orders will increase from £55.00 to £100.00.
   
• Attachment of Earnings will increase from £65.00 to £100.00.
   
• Third Party Debt Orders will increase from £55.00 to £100.00.
   
• Information Orders have increased from £45.00 to £50.00.
