The Land Registration Fee Order 2009, will come into force on Monday 6th July 2009.  Please note that the following increases will come into effect from this date:

• The fee to register restrictions and notices will increase from £40.00 to £50.00.

• The fee for obtaining an Official Copy of registered title via the online service will increase from £3.00 to £4.00.

• The fee for an Official Copy of registered title in paper form will increase from £6.00 to £8.00.
