Incasso LLP, a leading Debt Recovery provider in the UK, today announced that it has appointed Mark Downs, to take on a new role of Support Services Executive from the end of April.

Downs will work closely with the current internal IT and Support Services team to develop and improve service delivery to the business, management information and extranet facility - Incasso Connect.

Downs, who has a degree in Business Administration (Information Technology), has joined Incasso LLP from a Development Manager's role at Optima Legal Services, where he worked for 6 years.
