Angles December 2003

Christmas Greetings and a big THANK YOU to our clients.

Its not often that you get the chance to thank your clients for their business. In an ever increasingly busy day, week, month, year, time seems to slip past and before you know It, another year has passed and although you may have thought it several times, you might never have actually found time to voice your thanks.

So we thought we would take this opportunity to say that we appreciate all the new and continued business that our clients bring to Incasso and we hope to continue to meet and exceed your expectations of our service delivery. Our staff are motivated and dedicated to act on your best interests and make every effort to do this on a regular basis, day in, day out without exception.

So, with Christmas fast approaching, Happy Christmas and a big thank you for your continued support and we look forward to doing business with you in 2004.

Dali Good Day Out

We hosted our southern-based networking seminar at the Dali Universe on the 4th September, which unexpectedly turned out to be one of the best. The day was beautifully sunny on the banks of the river Thames (as you can see from the photo on the left). The Dali is situated right next to the London eye and made for a spectacular setting.

As the guests arrived they were greeted with mini chocolate muffins and other wonderful breakfast goodies. The first speech of the day went to the partner in charge of Incasso, Richard Webb, who welcomed guests and gave a brief overview. This was swiftly followed by Ron Lack, Department Manager who described the background of Incasso to those not so familiar with the company.

The two topical presentations then took place with lunch in between. Peter McGrath did a fine job of explaining about credit circles and how not to get caught out by the law. After lunch, Mark Whittle (pictured right) went on to detail the importance of Proxy Forms and what you should and shouldn’t do with them.

Overall the day went very well, the attendance was excellent and the venue was superb; all the ingredients of a good day out.
