Following 17 years in Legal Recoveries with Incasso, Debbie clearly offered the depth of knowledge and expertise to more than rise to the challenge but also having a practical understanding of operational systems and empathy for the pressures of delivering often complicated requirements.

Enthusiastically making the new role her own, Debbie is now 100% focussed on compliance issues and provides an invaluable point of contact for clients, the internal team and third party suppliers.

Compliance can be summed up as ensuring procedures are undertaken in accordance with established guidelines, regulatory obligations and legislation but also service level agreements with clients.
