The Ministry of Justice are now consulting regarding increases in court fees, particularly those for Enforcement.

The consultation will continue until 9 March with the plan to introduce the new fees from May. Whilst there may be changes as a result of the consultation, it is based on the policy of making court users cover the costs of the process.
