2010 has been an exciting year for Incasso LLP with the growth of the business and ending with two recent awards; Legal and Enforcement Award at the Credit Excellence Awards and Legal Recovery Firm of the Year at the Credit Today Awards. The recognition of our work by a number of leading credit professionals, who made up the judging panel, is testimony to the way we work and the quality of our individuals. Our work has been recognised by the industry as being innovative, cost effective and most importantly one that gives quality throughout.

Some of the important areas we will be looking at next year include further customer service improvements, developing additional products to meet our client's varying and changing needs and exploring the way in which our clients can communicate with us.
 
During 2010 we have continued to see difficult trading conditions for the credit industry, but hopefully we will start to see shoots of recovery early in the New Year. We have worked closely with both our clients and our external providers this year to ensure we have implemented cost effective strategies within our own working patterns, such as debtor rehabilitation, debtor profiling and the introduction various on-line facilities.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their work and wish everyone a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Enjoy the festive period, spend some quality time with family and friends and most importantly, keep smiling!
